We are currently hiring for one of our customers in Basel (Switzerland), based at Euroairport, 1 Purchaser.
As Purchaser you will be responsible for the procurement of parts, material and services in accordance with applicable aviation regulations as well as the order processing.
Mains Tasks:

• Negotiate favourable terms, volume discounts and long-term contracts with suppliers and prepare purchase orders
• Review purchase order claims and contracts for conformance to company policy and discuss defects and delivery problems
• Typical operative Purchasing activities with high demand of short material lead times
• Administrate purchase orders
• Keep[ contact with internal stakeholders and suppliers

Your profile

• High school or commercial school in Logistics, Project Purchasing background
• Strong track record in purchasing or generally SCM
• good communication skills
• proficiency in IT usage (MS Office, SAP)
• Proficient knowledge of written and spoken English
• Results driven and customer focused
• High business and financial acumen

This is a full-time job to start when possible for 3 Months to be renewed.
