Pay Rates:

• Basic: £20.14 per hour
• Overtime A: £28.20 per hour
• Overtime B: £36.26 per hour
• Potential Bonus: £2.02 per hour

Key Responsibilities of the Electrical/Mechanical Labourer Role:

• Handle tools and machinery required for fabrication work, such as drills, cold cut saws, and torque wrenches
• Ensure all tools and equipment are maintained and organised
• Read and understand basic engineering drawings
• Maintain accurate records of work completed
• Transport materials to the main site as needed
• Perform general labour tasks, including lifting, loading, unloading, and moving materials
• Assist in maintaining a clean and safe work environment
• Prepare and clean the worksite before and after tasks
• Follow safety protocols and wear appropriate safety equipment

What the Company is Looking for in an Electrical/Mechanical Labourer:

• Previous experience in an Electrical/Mechanical Labourer or similar role
• Basic understanding of fabrication work and tools
